Terms and conditions

Quotations

All quotations provided prior to the commencement of work—whether for installations or repairs—are estimates and may be subject to change upon site inspection. Quotations remain valid for 30 days. After this period, a revised quotation will be issued if necessary.

Any additional or unforeseen work required to complete the project will incur further charges, based on the nature and extent of the work involved.


Payments and Deposits

For any work exceeding £250, a deposit of 50% to 80% is required, depending on the total cost. Deposits must be received no less than four working days before the scheduled installation date.

Final balances must be paid within 24 hours of job completion unless otherwise agreed by the company.

Any materials or parts costing over £100 must be paid for in full prior to purchase.

No refunds will be issued for used or installed parts unless they are faulty. If a part is damaged or defective, we will attempt to arrange a replacement or refund; otherwise, the manufacturer must be contacted directly.


Warranty on Repairs and Installations

If a leak or fault occurs within 30 days of installation or repair, we will address it at no additional charge, unless it is caused by customer or tenant negligence—in which case a charge will apply.

Faults occurring after 30 days will be chargeable.

Any parts or fittings installed that later become faulty are not covered by us; the manufacturer must be contacted for warranty claims.


Property Access and Liability

While we take the utmost care when working on your property, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the work area is clear of obstructions and personal items.

We are not liable for accidental damage, although we will attempt to rectify any damage where reasonably possible. This is not guaranteed.


Blockage Clearance

We cannot guarantee that all blockages can be fully cleared. Where a blockage is resolved, we will provide video proof or demonstrate results on-site. No warranty applies once we have left the property.


Parts and Fittings Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for parts or fittings once installed. This includes, but is not limited to: boilers, cylinders, radiators, taps, mixer taps, showers, electric showers, pumps, valves, and thermostats.

If any installation or repair is found to be incorrectly performed, we will rectify it. However, if the customer changes their mind, or a part becomes faulty post-installation, the store or supplier must be contacted directly.

We will only replace parts or fittings that were faulty at the time of installation or arrived damaged.

In the event that a newly installed boiler or cylinder is found to be faulty, responsibility lies with the manufacturer, not with us. Full payment for supply and installation remains due.


Powerflushing

During a powerflush, we are not liable for any leaks or bursts in old pipework caused by the high pressure. Any such issues will be repaired at an additional cost.


Leak Investigations

There is no guarantee that all leaks will be identified during a leak investigation. Any issues discovered during the investigation will be repaired or replaced in line with prior agreement.


Documentation

All certificates, quotations, invoices, and reports will be sent to the email address provided. If no email is available, a screenshot will be sent instead. Paper copies will not be left at the property.


Warranty Registration

Manufacturer warranties will be registered on behalf of the customer and sent to the provided email. If preferred, the customer may register the warranty themselves.


Consultation

Free consultations are available only via phone, text, or email. Site visits will be treated as a paid callout.


Advice and Recommendations

Any advice or information provided may not be applicable to every situation. We encourage customers to conduct independent research as we assume no responsibility for outcomes based on advice provided.


Work Process

All works will be clearly explained before and after completion, either in person, via phone, or by email.


Agreement

By accepting the quotation and proceeding with the work, you confirm your agreement to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
