▪︎Any quotation given before finalising the works/installation or repair is an estimated price. These prices may change after visiting the property. All quotations are valid for 30 days. Afterwards, a new quotation will be sent. Any additional or unplanned work that we undertake to complete the works/installation or repair will be charged based on the work needed.▪︎Any works or installation more than £400 will require a deposit of 50% to 80% depending on the amount of the quotation. All upfront payments are to be made a minimum of four working days before any installation. All remaining payments are to be made within 24 hours of job completion unless authorised by the company.▪︎Any leaks or faults that occur within 30 days after any installation or repair, we will repair the leak or fault. However, if the leak or fault is caused due to negligence of the customer/tenants, then a charge will be made to repair. Any leaks or faults after 30 days will be charged to repair.▪︎Any parts or fittings installed by us that become faulty will not be covered by us, and the manufacturer will need to be contacted.▪︎We will take utmost care while we work within the property, but it is your responsibility to ensure that work access / work space is clear and all items are cleared and out of the way. We take no responsibility for any accidental damage. However, we will attempt to rectify the damage, but this is not guaranteed. ▪︎There is no guarantee that any blockage that we undertake will be resolved. Any blockages that we unblock and clear, we will send a video as proof or test and show the responsible person at the property. This has no guarantee once we leave the property.▪︎Any installation or repair work carried out by us has no refund or exchange policy on the parts or fittings. This includes boilers/cylinders/radiators/taps/mixer taps/showers/electric showers/all pumps/valves and thermostats. ▪︎If the installation or repair is wrong, then we will rectify the issue. However, if you change your mind about any installation or the parts or fittings become faulty, then you will have to contact the store/shop or online radiators for an exchange or refund.
▪︎We will replace parts or fittings if they were to become faulty during the installation by us or if they arrived faulty when we purchased them. If a boiler/cylinder is to be faulty once installed, then the manufacturer will need to be contacted. ▪︎We take no responsibility after the installation is completed and tested. You will still be charged full for the supply and the installation.▪︎During any powerflush, we take no responsibility if the old pipework leaks or busts due to the high pressure of the powerflush. If any pipework leaks or busts, we will rectify this at an additional cost.▪︎There is no guarantee that any leaks will be found after any leak investigation. Any leaks found during the investigation will be repaired or replaced, whichever has been agreed on.▪︎All certificates, invoices, quotations, and reports will be emailed directly to the email that has been provided. If no email has been provided, then it will be sent as a screenshot. We will no longer leave paper certificates or reports at the property.▪︎All manufacturers' warranties will be registered by us and emailed directly to the email that has been provided. If no email has been provided, then it will be sent as a screenshot. Unless the customer wishes to register the warranty directly themselves.▪︎Any advice or information given may or may not work in your situation. Please do your own research beforehand as we take no responsibility for this.▪︎All works will be explained before and after the work is completed, either face to face or on the phone or via email.▪︎By agreeing to the quotation and proceeding to the jobs, works, or installation, you agree to all the above.
